When the lotto draws hit $40m, I often joke on Instagram about getting my list of Queenslanders ready. That is, the Queenslanders that I want to buy with all the money that I would have. In actual fact, I probably wouldn’t be able to afford all the Queenslanders on my list, even with a big lotto win. I mean, I have overseas holidays to budget for too!

Having said that, this Corinda Queenslander would make it onto the list – and it’s not even for sale. I love this house so much that I would be willing to walk up to the front door and ask the owner “how much”.

It last sold for $2,050,000 in mid-2016. Let’s take a look.

My favourite photograph of this home. What an entry. The gardens are beautiful and that staircase leads up to a spectacular verandah.
I love love love this house. It also has a prized L shaped wrap-around verandah which the master bedroom leads onto.
No words are needed.
The master bedroom has two sets of french doors that lead out onto the L shaped verandah and overlooks the pool.
This is an extension that’s been added to the original verandah.
Kitchen, living and dining all open out onto the verandah.

This Corinda Queenslander was last sold for $2,050,000 in July 2016 by Johnston Dixon – Brisbane. For more photos, check out the listing.
