This storybook Spring Hill cottage is an absolute delight.
Prior to the most recent sale in 2019, this cottage was sold in 2012. Below is the exterior photo from the 2012 listing. What a difference! The removal of the palm trees (and that enormous cycad, which could have funded the whole operation, hahah) has resulted in a simple, clean facade that is pleasing to the eye.
