I’ve posted two homes on Instagram this week that are located in Albion. The first one, I posted with one word. GASP! This home is also gasp-worthy. The house is located in Albion and has the most amazing views of the city. Combine that with a gorgeous neutral colour scheme, traditional verandah and a loft room, and it’s total perfection!

This 1880 colonial has all of the character and style that hasn’t been renovated out of the home. Located in Albion there is a double sided fireplace for those cold Brisbane winter nights (haha), wrap around verandah and a loft bedroom.

Last sold in 2005 for $720,000, I expect this house will bring a large turn out on auction day. Let’s look a little closer.

What a beautiful home, even without the views of the city.
The front door leads into this arched hallway.
This room feels cosy – although I would pull up the carpets to reveal the wooden floorboards and paint the wall a neutral colour.
I love this photo so much! The light is incredible in there and I love the mirror that reflects the outdoors.
The loft bedroom is lovely. My daughter would love to have this as her bedroom.
A great space for entertaining, especially in the evenings when the city lights would be on display.

This house will be auctioned on 30 March at 9am. The home is being sold by Belle Property – Wilston (Debora Sutton). To see more photos and information, check out the listing.
