Background
I found this on a search where it mentions that it faces Honour Avenue. In the listing, it states that the property was turned to face Victoria Avenue. That’s one huge renovation!
I’m using a combination of photos from two different listings. The house was sold in June 2021 for $3.9m and then sold again in February 2022 for a whopping $4.8m. An almost $1m change in less than 12 months with, what looks like, no renovations / changes made to the property.
