I stumbled across this little Clunes cottage a few years ago and I have kept it saved for all this time, knowing that one day I would share it with you guys.

Clunes cottage details

The sales history of this home is interesting.  The photos that I have are from the February 2013 listing, where the house sold for $1,430,000.  Later, in October 2020, the property was sold for $600,000.  I haven’t been able to find anything further on this sale – I’m assuming that the property was subdivided (there is a wedding venue at the same address now) and sold.

The property was sold by Alli Page of GNF bangalow.  To view the listing, click here.
